October 22, 2008 -- We have begun conducting discovery and are currently preparing to depose members of IBM management regarding its timekeeping practices and failures to pay wages to its call center representatives for time worked before the start of their shifts and after the end of their shifts.
We are also preparing our motion to certify this case as a collective class action so that we can issue notice to all those employees whose rights may have been violated. We are encouraged by the participation of current and former IBM employees who have joined the case.
